We have excellent project management skills and offer end to end solutions in all types of property maintenance, refurbishment, new builds, adaptation projects and general building contracts.

We specialise in Government & Commercial Projects across the whole of London, South East and Home Counties.

FIT OUT & REFURBISHMENT
Our experience within this sector comes from our adaptive strength in direct management links from our office personnel to our experienced building site supervisors, managers, resident liason officers and skilled operatives working on the sites. Many of our projects have been within occupied buildings and we have an acute understanding of the importance of liason before and during our works. Our company is also proficient in the renovation of listed and period properties, preserving the past for everyones future.
MAINTENANCE & REPAIR
We provide the expertise for maintaining your properties.
As part of a cyclical or planned maintenance contract, we will undertake and oversee all works and operations to provide our client with a hassle free contract, handing back the properties to a high standard and on time.

carry out all commercial and domestic M&E services by employing and managing approved Gas safe and NICEIC contractors.
SPECIAL NEED ADAPTATION
Being a local authority approved contractor and working with local authorities across London and South East England, we caringly modify homes for the elderly and disabled, making peoples lives more comfortable. Our work involves frequent dialogue with occupational therapists and related sections of local councils and communities.

HEALTH & SAFETY
As Principal Contractor we take our Health, Safety and Welfare responsibilities very seriously. We are accredited to CHAS and take account of the specific requirements of each individual project, when preparing and presenting a tender. We develop the health and safety plan and co-ordinate all activities of all contractors and sub-contractors working with us on our sites. We ensure they comply with health and safety legislation and with the developed health and safety plan.
